We start processing orders very quickly to keep our handmade resin lamps moving through production. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@resinlampllc.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once production begins, modifications become difficult.
- When will my card be charged?
Your payment is charged shortly after your order is placed, once we confirm the details.
Shipping & Delivery
- How long does it take to receive my resin lamp?
Each lamp is carefully handcrafted, so production usually takes 5–12 business days depending on the design and current order volume. After that, shipping times vary by location:
– United States: 4–8 business days
– International: 8–18 business days on average
We’ll keep you updated with tracking information as soon as your lamp ships.
- Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries. During checkout, you’ll see the exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time for your location.
- What if my package is delayed?
Occasional delays can happen due to customs or busy shipping periods. If your lamp hasn’t arrived within the expected window, just reach out to us. We’ll track it and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns & Warranty
- What is your return policy?
We want you to love your lamp. If it arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns for change of mind due to the custom nature of our handmade products.
- Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every Resin Lamp LLC product comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We stand behind our craftsmanship.
