At Resin Lamp, each resin lamp is carefully handmade and produced specifically for every customer order. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
    • The item must be returned in the original packaging
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products:

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable

Non-Refundable Policy

RL generally does not offer refunds.

In exceptional or unavoidable situations approved by our support team, compensation may be provided in the form of:

  • Store credit only

Refunds to the original payment method are typically not supported.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

    • The wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product received
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

Our team will review the case and determine an appropriate solution based on the situation.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost during transit, we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Please note:

  • Delivery delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier issues are not considered lost packages
    • RL reserves the right to determine the final resolution after carrier investigation

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees
    • Customs fees (if applicable)
    • Any additional shipping-related charges

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

We do not offer replacements or exchanges for:

  • Orders that match the approved design/product listing
    • Items that are not damaged
