At Resin Lamp LLC, we take pride in our craftsmanship. Every item is made-to-order, meaning we create each piece specifically for you only after your order is placed. This ensures the highest level of quality and attention to detail for your unique art piece.

1. Order Processing Time

We process and handcraft orders on business days (Monday through Friday, EST), excluding major holidays. All orders are shipped directly from our studio in Vietnam.

• Standard Items: Most orders are produced and dispatched within 7 – 10 business days.

• Custom/Complex Orders: For specialized items like Pokémon keycaps or custom wrist rests, please allow 3 – 4 weeks for production due to the intricate hand-painting and curing process.

Once your item has been crafted and shipped, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:

• Tracked Shipping: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.

• Holiday Schedule: Please note that our processing times may be affected by public holidays, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

• Quality Guarantee: Because these are handmade resin products, we take the extra time needed to ensure the resin is perfectly cured and polished before it leaves our shop. We appreciate your patience in waiting for a true piece of artisanal decor!
