We process and handcraft orders on business days (Monday through Friday, EST), excluding major holidays. All orders are shipped directly from our studio in Vietnam.
Standard Items: Most orders are produced and dispatched within 7 – 10 business days.
Custom/Complex Orders: For specialized items like Pokémon keycaps or custom wrist rests, please allow 3 – 4 weeks for production due to the intricate hand-painting and curing process.

Yes, we offer tracked international shipping to most countries. Since our lamps are handcrafted, production typically takes 5–10 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

Are the lamps compatible with my country's power outlets?
Absolutely. Our lamps are designed with global compatibility in mind. They use a USB connection, which means you can power them using any standard USB port (laptop, power bank, or a 5V phone adapter). This eliminates the need for bulky voltage converters, making them safe and easy to use anywhere in the world.
Will the lamp I receive look exactly like the photos?
Because each lamp is handmade using natural materials (like wood) and hand-poured resin, no two pieces are ever identical. While we follow the design and color palette of the product photos strictly, the wood grain patterns and the way the "clouds" or "waves" settle in the resin will have slight variations. This ensures your lamp is a one-of-a-kind piece of art.
How do I clean and maintain my resin lamp?
To keep your lamp crystal clear:
Dusting: Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the surface.
Avoid Chemicals: Do not use harsh glass cleaners or alcohol-based sprays, as these can dull the resin finish.
Sunlight: While we use high-quality UV-resistant resin, we recommend keeping the lamp out of direct, intense sunlight for extended periods to prevent yellowing over many years.
Can I replace the LED light bulb if it burns out?
Our lamps use high-efficiency, long-lasting LED strips integrated into the base or the resin itself. These LEDs have a lifespan of over 30,000 to 50,000 hours (which is years of continuous use). Because they are built-in for a seamless look, they are not user-replaceable. However, if you experience any technical issues within our warranty period, please contact us for a replacement or repair.
